After visiting a few dealerships and testing out a few SUV’s, we stopped by Penticton Nissan. We met with Nick Bravi who was quick to show us the new Rogue after hearing what we were looking for in a vehicle. We went for a test drive in it and Nick was sure to go over every detail of the car with us. Mike Turner worked very hard for this sale. I eventually bought a 2020 Special Edition Rogue, but before that, over a period of weeks, Mike arranged for me to test drive an electric Leaf, a Frontier 4X4 pickup and a Qashqai. He also was quick to respond to texts and voice mail questions if I couldn't reach him directly by phone. The whole time he was upbeat, positive, cheerful, patient, informative, knowledgeable and helpful. In short, very professional.
I am always very skeptical of sales persons to be honest. I was that annoying customer that did not settle for anything less than what I wanted. Mike at Nissan put up with all my shenanigans, emailing back and forth for days....literally, like 50 emails, he says I am his 'record for most emails!' Had a question about my VDC OFF light in my 2013 Rogue that the 438 page owners manual was not able to concisely answer. I decided to call Penticton Nissan. I've not ever dealt with them before but figured it was worth a shot. The Nissan rep who I spoke with, Ryan, was incredibly helpful! In a matter of 60 seconds he was able to answer my questions in easy to understand terms and provided the necessary instruction I required.
